Elma/Betty Montenegro

Born and raised in Guatemala City, Betty relocated with her family to Texas in 1989. Her professional career spans over 20 years with experiences that include being a Spanish teacher, a school counselor and now a coordinator of community resources to assist students and their families in need to be successful in school and in life. Her ultimate passion is to empower children with the resources and encouragement needed to successfully achieve their highest potentials. She and her husband David reside in north Texas and have 3 married children.
David Montenegro
Co-FOUNDER
David was also born and raised in Guatemala City and relocated to Texas in 1989. He has worked as an accountant for over 50 years. His desire is to empower the people of his home country, Guatemala to have the resources and opportunities needed to become self sustaining. David lives with his wife Betty in north Texas. They have 3 married children.
